Chatzone isn't a strict channel, and we invite users to chat and enjoy themselves, however some rules of conduct are expected from everyone. 1. Flooding will not be tolerated. Anyone caught flooding (more then 6 lines within 6 seconds) will be kicked, or even, banned. 2. Repeating isn't permitted. If you have a comment, once is enough. 3. No Spamming. (Advertising). Spamming isn't permitted on Austnet, if you are caught spamming, you might find yourself banned from Austnet. 4. Don't use excessive ALL CAPS. We do allow caps, just don't go overboard. 5. Abusing other user(s) or op(s) (@) will not be tolerated. If you're caught abusing a user(s), or an op(s), you will find yourself, kicked, or banned. 6. Foul Language to be kept to a minimum. 7. No Foreign Languages or Gibberish. We are an English speaking channel only. This way, most people will be able to understand what people are saying. 8. Bright Colours. Colours and Backgrounds are permitted in our channel, just as long as you don't go overboard with it. 9. Auto-Greet Scripts aren't permitted. If you're caught using one, you will get a warning, if you choose not to listen, a kick, or a ban may be forced. 10. Virus users are instantly banned from the channel and sent to #ava for assistance. 11. Sex talk. please use discretion, light hearted non-offensive sex chat is permitted, however, hard core content is not. 12. Nicknames with 'bitch', 'horny', 'ass', things along these lines are acceptable. Nicknames with swear words etc aren't permitted. 13. No pasting of private conversations in channel or giving out users phone numbers or details. 14. Ban evasion, if you are caught evading a channel ban you may find your ban extended for a lengthy period. 15. If it is known to you that someone is ban evading in this channel and you engage in discussions with them in channel you may also find yourself banned. 16. StatsOP, cheating to increase your channel stats isnt allowed. IN GENERAL Users are warned first, kicked if they ignore an ops request, and finally banned if no response. However, those who flood our channel, send viruses automatically, or spam (advertise), are instanly banned from our channel. |
